Built in 1909, the Fall River Women's Home building is currently owned by the Family Services Association. With monies from a Massachusetts Preservation Projects Fund grant from the MHC, we were hired to execute an existing conditions evaluation and to complete a prioritized list of repairs that can be made over time. In addition to securing the integrity of the exterior envelope, these upgrades will address the quirky elevator and inconsistent heating and cooling, as well as the ad hoc electrical system, to name just a few.
